Re-enable White ONE Containers

This mod reenables the white version of the branded ONE containers on the Dresden - Riesa route that were disabled in a recent TSW 2 Update. These are now randomly distributed throughtout the consist on any container train as you would expect. As a standard, these changes are only applied to the consists supplied with the Dresden - Riesa route but you will also see the return of the White Containers on other routes if you use TaskPlays' Mod that adds the DRA containers to other routes too.

A comprehensive list of changes can be found below:

• Re-enabled the white version of the ONE container on DRA
