HMA BR 423: TODv4 Compatible Digital Displays

By default the in-cab displays of the Munich - Augsbrug DB BR 423 are not correctly adjusted for TODv4 (TSW 3's new physical based lighting system) and thus extremly dark. This mod makes the displays under TODv4 readable again

🛈 Even if you're not using trainsim.cz's "TODv4 for all routes" for porting the TODv4 to HMA, this mod can still be of use as the displays under TODv3 remain untoutched
