West Midlands Railway 323 ep

This mod will do the following-
Change the Headlamp angle to prevent ballast shine during the day whilst increasing light intensity and draw distance.
Extend the range of the horn.
Texture changes will make the tail lamps richer when illuminated.
Add window grime and wiper streak.
