Exhaust Overhaul For TSW3 updated 12/4/23

**This mod contains 2 files that will change the way all diesel locos in TSW3 simulate exhaust.
Features-
No longer stretching far above the loco.
Will blow back towards the trailing stock when in motion.
Less steamy and more hazy.
Extra file for Class 31 and 20 as they have their own unique exhaust setup. (use file in addition)

If you have my older exhaust mod and wish to use this. Please remove the file from your DLC folder before adding these.

NEW 12/4/23 Updated options (2 files) that will darken the smoke
