Kilometer Sign Brightness Update

Description
This pack updates the gray colored kilometer signs found in older TSW2 routes to match the brightness and color found in routes released after Hauptstrecke Hamburg - Lübeck. The increased contrast greatly improves the signs readability especially at low light conditions or from inside cabs with tinted windows.

- Hauptstrecke Hamburg - Lübeck (HBL)
- Hauptstrecke München – Augsburg (HMA)
- Schnellfahrstrecke Köln (SKA)
- Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr (HRR)
- Main-Spessart Bahn (MSB)

Installation Instructions
Drag the pak file into your TSW2 DLC folder:
Steam Library\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC
For TSW3 the path is:
