Class 801 PIS Enhancements

This mod makes various improvements to the PIS on the Class 801 included in TSW4's ECML Peterborough - Doncaster to bring it a lot closer the the real life version of the system. This includes making a large amount of smaller changes to the interior and exterior displays of the train such as disabling all the scroling for segments that are static in real life and adjusting the speed and frequency of the scrolling on sections that are intended to be scrolling.

I have also completely remade the text that is displayed on the interior displays using videos of the real displays to accurately represent the phrasing used on the real trains. More information such as notices about the CCTV or the well-known "See it. Say it. Sorted" message has also been added to the interior displays in the appropriate place as part of this.

A comprehensive list of changes can be found below:

• Increases the brightness of both screens to better match reality, making it much easier to see them during the day
• Exterior PIS:
  • Disables the scrolling on the Destination and Next Station segments
  • Adds the departure time element as seen on the Class 390 in the correct space on the screen
  • Various changes to the Calling At segment:
    • "and" is replaced with an "&" as per reality
    • Pause after the list has finished significantly reduced
    • Speed of scrolling slowed down
    • Enabled the text to scroll in from blank
• Interior PIS:
  • Overhauls the text displayed based on real-life references:
    • Spaces out the different segments so that they aren't displayed in direct succession
    • Adds safety notices for the CCTV and BTP
    • "and" is replaced with an "&" as per reality
    • Changes some words and phrasings
  • Increases the maximum length of the text that can be displayed to support the new text
  • Edits the font to fix issues with the "&" and "k" characters
