Was the idea of adding ! ever tried and did it woork with CabCam as MoRoN222 suggested ->> MOD_TSW4_BRO_DB_BR425_TailLightFix.pak
Just for your info, I have completely reworked all external lights to be realistic in TOD4, it's all included in the latest version of my All-in-One Camera Improvements mod. Top marker cone removed, adjusted rotation and distance of the markers and high beams. Taillights also fixed.

are you using it on TSW3 or TSW4? are you using the cabcam reposition mod?

Yes CABCAM modifies the same file (RVV) . Two identical modified files do not work.
it would however if you make this mod load before the other. meaning adding a ! to the name so it is listed above the cab cam mod
