Birmingham Cross-City Line: graffiti - adds graffiti to the whole line
have not counted but hand placed around 600 graffiti decals on route in real world locations

this DOES NOT need any other dlcs- unlike my other london to brighton graffiti mod

INSTALL
put pak file into you game's DLC folder, run TSW4, then:
Go to DTG Live tab at top of screen
From there click the Mastery Rewards button
appears as crosscitygraffiti - white box tick that
