This mod adds the newest passengers and the tsw3 umbrellas to all the older routes.
The mod does not work on rivet games routes. "Rivet Games Moment"

Is there a reason why Dovetail didn't do this by themselves already?
Usually with dtg, many core changes require manual implementation on each separate dlc. It's core for newer content but for older content, they are mostly left untouched
