Hamburg - Lübeck Doppelstock Coaches on RE83

This mod replaces the n-Wagen on the RE83 services of the Hamburg - Lübeck timetable with more accurate consists featuring Doppelstock coaches as these were almost exclusively used when this service was operated, with the use of n-Wagen being a fictional change to add gameplay to those coaches for the BR218 DLC.

This does mean that the timetable no longer features any n-Wagen coaches anymore as they did not run at all in the period the route is set, so gameplay with the n-Wagen will be limited to the scenarios included.
