DB Cargo Class 66 Headlight Patch

This is a bodge fix for the headlight LODs on all of the DB Cargo Class 66s.

I also removed the spot light from the top yard light as per reality blabla, it does also help with how hyper bright the lights are at night, but I can't seem to do anything about those currently.
Put it down to the usual TSW weirdness we have to suffer (lmao I hate this game!).

Please note, due to a recent core change you may have issues with the LODs of these lights.
You can fix this by adding the following lines to your .ini

r.LightMaxDrawDistanceScale=50.0
r.MinScreenRadiusForLights=0.00
Depending on the ini you use the current one you have may or may not have those lines with the correct values already.

WCMLS DB Class 66
Cargo Line: Intermodal DB Class 66
Cargo Line: Military DB Class 66
