TSG 218 + n-wagen on the Maintalbahn

This mod replaces the 218 + Dosto sandwich formation in the Maintalbahn 218 Timetable with a 218 + 4 n-wagen (cab car included) formation.

Bugs:

• Before driving with the Bnrdzf 463 n-wagen cab car, you need to set the 218 into KWS (switch in cab 1).
• The 4 n-wagen train is a bit too long for the stop in Kleinwallstadt. Some doors will not come to a halt at the plattform.
