SNG PIS Enhancements

As with many trains, the SNG also suffers from a Destination Screen that is significantly too dark as opposed to real life. This makes it very hard to see the destination the train is displaying when playing during the day and even at night the text is noticably darker than it would be in real life.
This mod makes the simple change of increasing the brightness of the PIS on the SNG by a factor of 10, making the text on the screens much more readable in the day and appropriately bright at night.
