Will's Workshop - Athena Fix

This mod replaces the cab desk colour, changes the cab colour to a bluish tint and completly redoes the outside colours and weathering.

Due to so many and i mean so many texture/ uv issues this still looks like crap. Believe me when i say i tried.

Also added the Orange OHLE strip cause its cute :)

(This pack is WIP v1 is just a test release it has some small bugs like baking in the cab and a yellow rivet on the roof!)
