ICMm PIS Enhancements

As with many trains in the game, the recently released ICMm for Zwolle - Groningen suffers from an issue where the Destination Display Screens at the side of the train are a lot less bright than they would be in real life, making the destination harder to read than it would realistically be. This issue is the most pronounced when playing in the day and looking at the screens under direct sunlight with the brightness making it difficult to properly read the PIS.

This mod fixes the issue by significantly increasing the brightness of all destination displays on the ICMm to a realistic brightness making the screens much easier to read even during a sunny day. The brightness values have been increased by a factor of 10.
