TSW - Birmingham Cross City Line - Improved Signal Visuals

This mod fixes the issue with the visuals of the signals along the Cross City Line, as they are incredibly dim looking by default. They are now a lot brighter and more colour accurate with their white, red, green and yellow aspects. I have also updated the textures of the signals themselves, so they are now of a higher resolution.
