Class 33 Wipers Fix

Description

The mod fixes the insane windshield wiper speed (actually halves it) and also fixes the inverted wipe direction to match the wiper movement itself.
Includes regular version and version for "TSW CabCam Improvements All-in-One" by Spikee1975. Choose only one.
