SFJ Gallery Car Connection Group Patch

This patch is the successor to my MU cable patch. It builds upon it by completely simplifying the connection groups down into a single group "Group9" and removes the "bRequired" parameter from connections that do not require it. This almost guarantees compatibility with the majority of other US passenger stock in game.

This patch overwrites the RVM and RVD files for the Gallery cars so this will not be compatible with any mods that replace the same files.

Made and tested with the TSW6 unbranded version of SFJ, I'm unsure if it will work with the branded pre-TSW6 versions of SFJ as well, please report in comments so I can update the compatibility.

Please feel free to reverse engineer this patch and implement it into your own RVM/RVD patches too, all I ask for is credit. :)
