BNSF ES44C4 Sound Enhancement

This is the first sound enhancement I have put together with the help of some friends, special thanks to Markus for teaching me how, MattyMwi, Archer, ZH, Dex and all the awesome people in the TrainSimCommunity discord
Compatible with TSW3 and TSW4

Changes
-All new prime mover sounds, ilde through notch 8 with inclusion of Eco Idle
-New K5 Horn
-New Bell sound
-Louder cab rattle sounds

I will be going back at some point to see if I can add brake reduction sounds, but since TSW4 broke a lot of sound mods with child RVD's or materials I figured I would release it how it is and update it after the issue has been fixed. If anyone would like to help with creating the sound cues for the brake reduction sounds please reach out to me. I am also looking at porting this over to the NS ES44AC but since it doesnt have all 8 notches ill have to do some mixing to make it work.
