TSW Route Annotations holds a DB of various geographical locations (stations, bridges, tunnels, rivers..etc) for TSW routes and shows their names as an overlay when you’re passing by them. Akin to how IRL Cab videos are usually annotated. So the places we’re passing by in our virtual train are no longer nameless.
Quite a sizable part of TSW routes has already been annotated, 46 routes, and 1262 various locations. The build in editor can be used to mark your own location and then export / import them.
Version 3.0 - 13th October - Live Weather
The application can now also modify TSW weather, and by utilizing the https://open-meteo.com/ free API it can download current or historic weather for the players location and apply it ingame.
The overlay functionality can be disabled, if you are only interested in live weather.
Version 2.0 - 8th October
Brings automatic API Detection for TSW 6. Should auto-update for existing users.
