NS 4822 #ThankARailroader

Prototypical Repaint for the SP Dash 9. NS worker appreciation unit repaint. Not 100 percent since specs are different but close enough. Black base template goes to Chevrolett77. I just added more color and decals. Includes 4822 K5LLA. Was completed overnight.
