TS Mullan Pass MRL SD70ACe Helperlink

Adds a FreightAnimation of a Helperlink box to the front of the MRL SD70ACe. Comes with a consist that replaces the one used in the "Mullan Helper Service" activity to have a unit with Helperlink at the front.
