This is a reskin of the North American V-Scale Phase 2 70-tonners into the blue & gold Washington & Old Dominion paint scheme. The W&OD owned 2 GE-built 70 tonners that were primarily used as road switchers. Pairs perfectly with the Washington & Old Dominion Diesel-era route from TrainSim.com.
