Place "MRL_SD70ACe_4404" into your Trainset folder.
Go into "MRL_EMD_SD70ACe" and copy the following files into "MRL_SD70ACe_4404": DB_FAN.dds, MRL_PLATING.dds, SD40_WHEELS.dds, SD70ACe_Windows.dds, WheelFace.dds, MRL_SD70ACe_4300b.dds, MRL_SD70ACe_4300.sd, and MRL_SD70ACe_4300.s
Add to a consist, and enjoy
