What is the Community tab?

Members with access to the Community tab on their profile page can interact with the site's audience in ways which go further than mod uploads. For example, you can use community posts to keep your audience informed of projects you're working on or to ask for ideas or feedback.

The messages you write will show up on the Community tab on your user profile, and may show in other places on our website.

Community posts can include rich content such as GIFs, images, and video.

Where can I find community posts?

You can find community posts on the Community tab on a TSC user profile page, and on the "Community" section in the "My TSC" section on our website. Community posts also show up in the "Recent updates" section on the homepage, and on your subscriptions page.

Will I get notified when people who I have subscribed to post a new message?

Yes, you will get a notification whenever a person you've subscribed to posts a new community post or publishes an update to an existing message.

How can I get the Community tab on my profile?

In order to maintain a balance between the quality of content we like to see on our website and our moderation capabilities, access to the Community tab is granted on a discretionary basis. We take your activity on our site into account when considering whether to grant access or not.
