Unfortunately I am aware that the front numberboards are blank, until I can find a solution they will remain blank.

Locomotive appears to be broken as it immediately gives out an error message when trying to drive it.
CSX SD70ACE 5 pack reskins (on your archive website) are also broken as the locomotives do not show up when trying to place onto the track.
Hmm, I think that's a problem on your end regarding those errors.
As for the pack, I'll take a look at it someday and get a fix out, thanks for letting me know!

Just tested them out, they were fine on my end. Is SS the only one not working for you? Did you copy over all the files?
I went through the installation process twice and carefully (on the SS version). No changes. However, I can hear the locomotive being placed onto the tracks but it is invisible. Its only after I place down the invisible version of one of the CSX ACE's that they become visible. What's odd is that they disappear after confirming the changes in the editor and loading in the specific map you're on, just leaving the couplers floating.
