Dean Forest V1 Fixed

With permission from Matthew Powell, I've fixed some issues with the original Dean Forest route.

These being invalid asset folders being referenced resulting in milk bottles as well as reorganised the RouteProperties.xml to include all requirements. Failing to do so will make TS take longer to load and will also cause issues when continuing work on a route which will then lose its Provider/Product dependencies, as seen in the V2 of Dean Forest (not supported here) resulting in "ghost" milk bottles.

This was all done with external tools, the only time I went into the editor was to remove two floating GWR posters.

This contains a cloned standalone version of the route, no assets. You will need to look for them yourself.
