ChrisTrains NS Mat'64 v4.0.0 camera and light patch

changed camera values for natural headsway (too rigid by default)
changed couplers to be rigid to avoid jolting
removed lens flare rings from headlights (personal preference and they are performance heavy)
really dimmed the "Dimmed" headlights
