WCML Shap + North Track Unevenness Fix

Update 2025-05-19: Included modified trackrules (which may or may not affect already laid track, but anyways it won't hurt to include them. Default LineUnevenness is set to "4".)

Both of these (very old but superb) routes suffer from way too high track unevenness values, which would not permit driving the routes at full speed. The WCML indeed was in a bad state before, with many temporary speed restrictions in place in reality.

The high unevenness values combined with high speed running are putting enough strain on the couplings so it might have happened you experienced consist splits on these routes specifically.

I have reduced these values (about 90%) to make them high speed lines again.

The patch installs a new tracks.bin file per route, which is fully compatible with the AP Track EP which is recommended but not required. On WCML North, a misplaced signal link at Mossend Yard has also been fixed. (AP only adresses the visuals, not track properties like this mod does.)

Just open the zip and drop the included "Content" folder onto your RailWorks folder.
