[CH] 1D26 11:05 St. Pancras International - Nottingham (2021)

Description

This is a scenario for AP's MML Enhancement route.

April 2021, and the days of HST operation on the Midland Main Line are rapidly drawing to a close. Today you're in charge of 1D26, the 11:05 service from London St Pancras to Nottingham, but with the booked Meridian unavailable, a rare substitution has been made: power cars 43102 and 43274 are on duty. Starting at the blocks in St Pancras aboard 43274, you'll need to bring the locomotive to life before switching cabs to 43102 to take charge of the run. From there, it's a straightforward drive up the MML to Bedford, enjoying one of the final few chances to experience HST power on this route.
