Take this Avanti West Coast Evero unit on a short hop from Coventry to Birmingham New Street under the scorching summer sun! It’s the evening peak after a hot afternoon so services are inevitably busy and starting to pick up delays. There are some wider network disruptions tonight so prepare for adverse signals and expect to be held outside Birmingham whilst signallers try to pull the timetable back together!
True-to-life scenario created using timings obtained from RealTime Trains data.

For this scenario to function correctly, you must have Armstrong Powerhouse’s Signal
Enhancement Pack. Without this, you run the risk of having a collision with an AI unit, typically
around Birmingham New Street.
The scenario may state that you had a SPAD at Birmingham New Street – this is caused by the
AP Signal Enhancement Pack which is used to hold the signal before Proof House Junction. You
must turn oA ‘SPAD Ends Game’ in your Train Simulator settings before playing this scenario.
This scenario requires both the DTG WCML South Route and it’s ATS Northampton Loop
Extension. The scenario has not been tested without both. This scenario has also not been
tested without the AP Sky and Weather Pack.
