This fixes the issue with the player not moving with the tilting cab on Leipzig's ICE-T.
Reason was a missing node in the engine blueprint.
Also tweaked the cab camera, AFB input sensitivity and cab lights.
Installation Instructions
Open the .zip and drag and drop the included "Assets" folder onto your "RailWorks" folder (default in ...Steam\steamapps\common)

Could something like this be done to other tilting trains that have a similar issue - ie North Wales Coastal class 220?
Sure. Will look into that one (I think I've fixed this for myself already a long time ago...)
