SWT/SWR Class 158/159 Destination Patch

Description
A small patch designed to improve the destination display on the South Western Class 158/159s. This replaces the default destinations with high resolution and more realistic textures, which include weathering on the board. I originally made this for scrolling destinations, only to find just one destination which scrolls (Chandler's Ford) which I have replicated in this patch.

Important
In order to make sure that scenarios don't have the wrong destinations displaying on AI trains, I have made it so that this patch doesn't shuffle destination order at all. However, I have replaced some destinations which see no use in scenarios for ones that fit better. These are listed in the readme file. Due to the NSE livery using the same Vultron destination controller as the SWT/SWR liveries, some of the external NSE destinations won't line up with what is shown inside the train.
