[RSC/DTG] Class 421 Collision box, Glass and Cab Camera fix

Description
A bug report on the DTG forums has led to making this small bugfix and enhancement pack for the Class 421 "4CIG".
- Invisible Collision Box reduced: this prevented you from coupling to other 421 consists
- Window Glasses: made the too milky cab glass more transparent
- Cab Camera: moved to a realistic viewpoint, removed rotation restrictions

- RSC\Class421Pack02
- DTG\BRBluePack02
Installation Instructions
Just open the zip and drop the Assets folder into your Railworks folder.
Additional Comments
This does not work with the legacy AP Class 421-422-423 Sound Pack - if you are using this do not copy the engine.bins, only the cabview folders!
