AP Class 378 Destinations and AI Texture Patch

This patch improves the destination font and resolution on the front and sides of the train, and replaces as many AI upscaled textures as I can find with fully redone ones. Also improves the weathering on the underside of the train.

Please note that I have replaced the destination "Special" with "Out of Service", as this sees more use in scenarios, and I can't add any extra destinations.
