This patch improves the destination font and resolution on the front and sides of the train, and replaces as many AI upscaled textures as I can find with fully redone ones. Also improves the weathering on the underside of the train.
Please note that I have replaced the destination "Special" with "Out of Service", as this sees more use in scenarios, and I can't add any extra destinations.

I don't currently have the skills to do it to the quality I would like, such as adding correct headlights etc. It's definitely not off the table, I might try making the livery.
