[SPS] GP30 cleaner windows + cam adjustment

UPDATED - applies to new BNSF version too now

This patch removes the annoying window tint on the fabulous new freeware GP30 pack from Switchpoint Simulations.

Also, moved camera a bit to the right for better track view. (Remember you can manually move the wiper to the right to not obstruct the view.) Returned to default camera sway parameters, as I felt a little nauseous with the current settings.
