[JustTrains] NWIR Minuetto Tweaks

This mod tweaks some stuff with JT / Cast's new Minuetto EMU which comes with Torino - Novara.

• Cam position was too far away from the desk, moved to a real driver's position
• restored natural camera sway parameters
• eliminated any coupler slack and spring/damping
• reduced headlight intensity to 50% of default as it was a bit too strong
