(DCR) Bristol - Penzance 1995-2005 (ATS) Route fixes

This patch corrects some faults in the fantastic V5.1.4 Devon and Cornwall inc Bristol backdated 1995 - 2005, available on ATS.

1. Stability fix:

• all required DLC are now correctly preloaded by the route, as well as unused DLC removed from RouteProperties.xml

2. Missing assets fix:

As a result of improper unpacking of assets, no one except the author has seen the route in its full glory.

• "Thomson\FortWilliamMallaig\FortWilliamMallaigAssets" references corrected (this folder does not exist, and if it does, you've done something wrong.)
• "RSC\RivieraLine\RivieraLineAssets" corrected
• "RSC\NorthLondonLine\NorthLondonLineAssets" corrected

3. Branded versions of South and North Wales Coastal are not required anymore.

All referenced asset paths changed to use the unbranded version as the branded cannot be purchased anymore.

• "BristolCardiff" > "SouthWales01"
• "CardiffSwansea" > "SouthWales02"
• "NorthWalesCoast" > "NWC-CreweCaergybi"

Note: This fix only includes the patched tiles and tracks.bin, you need the original route to use it. The changes in tracks.bin should not affect scenario compatibility in any way.
