NB642 - Enhancement for MARC II Cab Car

Description
This mod pack enhances the existing cab cars from the NB642 MARC II reskin by providing new versions which change the cab to a modified RSC Shoreliner cabview (replacing the DTM Comet I default cabview), by aliasing the horn and bell to the MARC 7758 sound mod by NJT6050, and by utilizing Open NEC 2.0 scripting for realistic cab signal behavior.
Also includes updated behavior for car lighting including brake lights, door lights, and headlights and number lights that are automatically modified by time of day and tunnel entry. 6 quick drive consists (3 cab-forward and 3 loco-forward) are provided also using the MP36PH and Multilevel equipment from the DTG Washington to Baltimore route.
NOTE: This DOES NOT overwrite the original cab car files from the reskin pack. Both the enhanced cab and cab with vanilla DTM specs will be available in Quick Drive.

Installation Instructions
Navigate to your RailWorks directory.
Copy and paste the Assets folder from the reskin pack to your RailWorks folder. Only 2 files should be overwritten (2 car door scripts to fix the brake/door lights included in the original reskin pack) unless if this mod was previously installed already.
Navigate to the to this folder:
..\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\P32Pack01\RailVehicles\Passengers\Shoreliner\Driving Trailer\Cabview\Copy Shoreliner_Cabview.GeoPcDx.
Paste the file in:
..\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\P32Pack01\RailVehicles\Passengers\Shoreliner\Driving Trailer\Cabview_MARC\

Please make sure you have all the required assets installed BEFORE installing this mod.
