Wonders of Sodor - Railway Series Collectable Pictures

This mod replaces the game's collectable photos with Railway Series illustrations. During development there were plans to use RWS illustrations as collectables in addition to the RWS Books but this didn't pan out and we ultimately got the In-game screenshots. The 20 Illustrations they planned to use can still be found in the game's files so I decided to add those back to the game.
