The TSW 2 varients of the UI colour mods actually came before the TSW 2020 ones:
Pink Hour
Back to Blue
Pondering Purple
If you mean if it is possible to put any TSW 2020 mod into TSW 2: That is not a copy paste job, but requires extracting the files from the TSW 2020 mod and recooking + repacking them for TSW 2 with the newer Unreal Engine version (4.26)
