This is a fictional livery, explained below
In real life, KCR never had a British style Diesel Locomotive, all it got is Americans and Germans. But what if KCR in 1980s did not choose to upgrade their original Green with English/Chinese KCR British Section to the 1980s Grey with 2 Chinese Character of 9 (representing Kowloon), but go for the 1996s Red-Blue-White Livery? And what if they actually decided to enlarge their logo to a full size (unlike in real life, but like how BR enlarge it in the last few years)?
The real life one was featured on the G26CU, which I already made and uploaded in TSC as the link shows. You will realize it features a Red Body, Blue Frame and a White/Grey cab. What if this design was put on a British Loco?
So here it goes, assume KCR at that time decided to purchase some old Class 40s (hence it was still using disc) and, before they were delivered, BR grabbed them for a year to handle the extra traffic which they really needed.
2 version was provided: Fresh from Factory and a Weathered one. The weathered one suit the NTP's atmoshphere more.
A almost full yellow warning panel was provided to make sure it keeps with the safety standard.
