Faster Exposure for TSW3 (TOD4)

So, this is more of a guide for the tweaks.
Commands are in the text file below - Just paste them into your engine.ini below the System Settings heading

Here are the results you can expect

Old exposure speed

What this will do is speed up how fast the eye adaptation compensates for exposure,
it's very effective for going from dark to bright places but not so much for going from bright to dark.

You can speed up the transition to dark but if you do it too fast it will create a flash as you enter the tunnel
