Description
New timetable for Munich Augsburg, set in 2024. Some rolling stock may not accurately reflect real life. Beta version, so please let me know if you encounter bugs by leaving a comment, or messaging me on the DTG Forum. Feedback is always welcome!
Total Services: > 3000 (>5000 including portal entries and exits)
Playable Services: > 2000
Recommended 16GB of RAM to run this timetable, you may otherwise experience issues with vehicles not appearing.
Known Bugs & Missing Features:
- Hot 1000hz magnets everywhere -> pls send a bug report to DTG (We have power in numbers!)
- No to/from markers, no service descriptions in service selection screen
- ICE3s start in cold-start. Intentional to improve performance around HBF and yards. Check out this community-made video on how to start up
- Random SPAD occurences depending on when & where you spawn in
- RB 13 towards Ingolstadt not finishable - Please download Muff's boundary remover
- RB55/56/57/58 services missing in service selection screen - can still play if started on foot
- Some stations show blank on PIS
- Some trains will be delayed coming into Augsburg Hbf - currently working on a fix.
- PIS at Augsburg for the uncoupling services needs to be revisited
- RJ eating stop buffers

- Potentially move Augsburg AI traffic from sidings to platforms
- Optimize yard usage
- Bonus non-timetable services
- Additional repaints - including Arverio/GABy
- Adjust formations for RE25

Scenery Overlay v1- 2025.07.25 (Westkreuz)
- modelled the Westkreuz station to more accurately reflect real life. Note that the platform is still technically out of bounds, and that the original platform never had collision. Scenery is purely visual and is there to complement the service extension to Westkreuz.
- It is optional and not required for the timetable to work.
- No DLC is required to use the overlay
- I'm also too lazy to model the station name or open blender. I'm happy to share my files with any modders interested in expanding on my overlay. So don't complain that its not up to your standard if theres nothing you want to do yourself.
V0.10 - 2025.7.18 (The Expert 101 Update)
- IC services replaced with the Expert 101
- reworked RE1 and RB16 services, including introducing MuNEx
- added two special playable RE1 services
- added a unique AI freight service
- added static rolling stock around Pasing Rbf
- fixed an issue where S6 trains at Pasing were giving way to an S3 wayyyy behind them

- Fixed some shunting waypoints, as well as missing service names (mainly RE1/RB16 and RB66)
- Replaced BRB services via Donnersberger brucke with the KWG 442 for PIS

Happy new year!
- Changed Munich Approach (C) waypoint to be closer to Hbf for timing purposes, and fixed shunting waypoints which were incorrectly placed
- Added RB86/87 and RE9/80 uncoupling movements at Augsburg Hbf
- Changed max speed of BR425 from 160km/h to 140 km/h
- Trains in the Hbf should no longer be opening doors if the entire train is not within the platform, this should reduce trains blocking each other around the hbf

V0.4 - 28.10.2024 (The PIS Update)
- Updated PIS: download the station directory .pak file in conjunction with v0.4 or newer to include new virtual destinations at station platforms.
- PIS still works without the additional station directory (screens will display blanks instead of "Bitte nicht einsteigen" or intermediate stops)
V0.3 - 22.10.2024
- S3 services now take correct path into pasing EB, and stop at correct Mammendorf platform
- RB 13 services added (playable towards ingolstadt, until game borders)
- S-bahn, RB 67, and Munich-Augsburg regional services should be much more forgiving
- Signalling now dispatches past Pasing for long-distance and regional services
- Rerouting of some shunting movements to minimize conflicts

Installation Instructions
Drop the .pak (MAG-TT and MAG-TT-StationDirectory) into your DLC folder, found under the following path:
...\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 5\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC
Timetable
Make sure you remove any previous versions of the timetable. Versions prior to V0.5 had a different naming scheme, so make sure those ones are also removed.
As of V0.7.1, the timetable version now also appears in the title within the selection menu - this should give you an indication if the newest one is showing up.
V0.11 requires RJ version v2 or newer, and eurofirma expansion
Scenery Overlay
After installing the .pak, you will have to go to the mastery menu within TSW, and activate the scenery overlay (it's called Vindicity's MAG Overlay)
Installing the overlay is optional. No DLC is required to use it.
Additional Comments
If services are not spawning, please monitor your RAM usage in yourTask Manager. Many of the issues you encounter may stem from insufficient RAM. Please read known bugs before commenting a bug that may already have been identified.

You have done incredible work, thank you! The only issue I have is that all RJX AI services and AI 1116 moves are missing for me when spawning on foot or with any other service (like ICE or RE). If I start the game already with RJX service, then all other AI controlled RJX and 1116 are spawning normally.
One more thing, if you have installed default BR101 EP Pack from here, AI controlled EC services will be broken.

Nur habe ich leider das Problem dass ich beim ICE 1&3 den Stromabnehmer nicht heben und somit den Zug nicht fahren kann. Kann mir da jemand helfen?
Die Baterrie muss eingeschaltet werden bei beiden Fahrzeugen.

Amazing mod, but also here, all ICE´s are spawning in Cold n Dark. Also the AI drives with cold and Dark ICE´s. Would be lovely if you check on it :)

A really good timetable, but there's one thing that really gets to me. Why don't RB & RE trains run through to Augsburg? It would be great if this was added again, would make me more than happy.
Rb86/87 & re89/90/9 run to augsburg as BR425. Check your layers

In 2024 on the actual line there are no Dosto-Loco combos running anymore. As you may see the title being 2024 it is to resemble the real-life timetable, so if you wanna drive the dosto combos you need to run the original timetable :D
I've just played the Rj shunt with the 1116 at 13:12. Loved it, but there were passengers already in the train. Can you change that, so the train is empty? :)

Got stuck with a morning ICE service into Munchen, had to delete the trains ahead and only got green once I reached the go via location marker.

Es wäre echt noch eine deutliche Verbesserung, wenn für den Fahrplan diverse Repaints verwendet werden würden. Für den alex gäbe es z.B. passende Tschechische Abteilwagen. Ob es für die alex Wagen ein passendes Repaint gibt, weiß ich selbst nicht. Für den nightjet gibt es auch ein Repaint, um außen den Richtigen Lack darzustellen. Solche Sachen würden das ganze nochmal deutlich verbessern.
Desweiteren wäre es halt auch deutlich besser auf neutrale Repaints zu setzen. Beispielsweise beim 442, 612 oder 642
Desweiteren hoffe ich, dass demnächst auch die Baureihe 111 und 218 einklang in den Fahrplan finden wird.

Sehr schöne Mod! Danke dafür! Bei mir ist leider nicht die neuste Version im Spiel. Gibt es irgendetwas spezielles was ich berücksichtigen muss, z.B. noch weitere extra Mods die installiert werden müssen...?

Super Mod, finde ich auch! Bei mir sind allerdings auch ein paar Baureihen nicht angezeigt, obwohl sie hier aufgelistet sind in den Changelogs. Habe v0.7, TSW5 und alle nötigen DLCs für alle Layer, trotzdem sehe ich im Fahrplan z.B. keinen TGV, ICE-T und BR111. Woran könnte das liegen?
Hmmm, da habe ich sicherlich was vermasselt... die einzige mod die ich benutze ist God-mode...

Vindicity Teile doch mal mit das du die Pak datei umbenannt hast und sie jetzt anders heißt
TSW Mag nicht damit kooperieren da wird immer die alte mod ausgewählt
ich weiß grad selber nicht mehr wie die alte datei benannt war da ich sie bereits gelöscht habe aber das war bei mir das Problem gewesen

prima! es geht vorran :) ja mit RE meinte ich die regionalexpresszüge mit der 146 oder dem steuerwagen, die bis augsburg fahren.ich habe sie nur zum rangieren oder parken aber nicht als richtige fahrten mit ziel.

Flixtrain does not run to Munich in 2024 - that being said, maybe I'll add a one-off service in the future... no promises though
218 services derail when you start the game
It would be cool if you could also travel to Augsburg on the 111. When DB Regio was still operating the network, most of the amplifiers ran with Dosto and 111.

Hi i have a problem. If i try a service with all ICE i can't start the train even following the manual instruction. Why didn't they work?
Did you hold the battery switch in the "On" position for at least 5 seconds?
Love this mod. ICE 699 gets stuck at a red signal, seems to be stuck behind a NJ which is in turn stuck because a light loco is sitting on its platform not moving. Deleting the light loco gets the rest of the trains moving and allows you to complete the ICE service.
Many services get stuck due to the way tsw processes go-to instructions at platforms. I am working on a fix that should resolve most of these issues, although some are bound to prevail

since the last update V0.8.2 / 2025 seems it works better.

Bei mir werden manche layer nicht erkannt. Z.b. Habe für RE80,89,9-RB86,87 Dresden Chemniz (DCZ) gekauft und installiert und kann es auch fahren. Das gleich bei BRB RB 55,56,57, BRB RB 58 und Rb 33,74.

Correct - die 425 ist einen placeholder fur die Desiro HC und Mireo die in 2024 auf der strecke fahren. Mglw Werde ich ein paar hvz verstärker zu dostos umwandeln

hi in my case the RJ opens the doors on the wrong side where there is no platform in Munich main station train was RJ 276.
Great mod, love how busy it is. Though I've noticed some issues with signalling and trains.
Signals: The signal entering the Bw Pasing when driving a shunt service just turns off, not even showing a white light. It's a Ks Signal that doesn't seem to have an Sh1 screen integrated, so allowing shunting seems to be not possible. Also when driving a shunt service from Hbf to Pasing Bw, the Signal at Hirschgarten shows Ks1 with nothing else and it triggers a 1000Hz with only the next signal actually being yellow, once again triggering a 1000Hz. Idk if you're able to change something about that.
Trains: The IC1296 leaving Munich Hbf at around 7:47 doesn't have a locomotive in the front with only a 101 in that back. Normally, the service runs with a sandwich of 1116. But running with a loco in the back and no Stw or anything in front is weird. Also the RE25 that arrives into munich around the same time has IC and ÖBB train cars (I have the alex repaint installed) and runs with a railion 185 which is super weird. A 182 from Dispolok or a DB repaint would be more appropriate.
Looks like you still have a version of the timetable between 0.2 and 0.4 installed - check installation instructions and the comments for the old file name. Unfortunately broken signalling is out of my realm of control. Please make a bug report with DTG

If you check the Update Logs in the post, you'll find that
- RE25 BR 185 was removed as of November 13, 2024
- RE25 ÖBB cars were removed as of December 7, 2024
Therefore, it is impossible for you to be playing on 0.8.4. Search "MAG-TT" and "MAG_TT" in your DLC folder, I'm sure you will find an older version in there. Hope this helps

Unfortunately, if I select the Westbahn trains, it puts me on a random platform on foot instead of the train. I downloaded the reskin and it offers the trains in the menu, but I can't drive them. What could be the reason?
you probably didn't download the flirt expansion pack (listed as a requirement on the repaint's page)
Unfortunately, there's another problem since the new update: I can play freight trains, but none of them appear in AI traffic.

Tgv is not a requirement, but it is available as a layer. If you have the LGV DLC, then odds are there's an old version of the timetable lying around in your DLC folder which is interfering with the newest.

Hi can it be that there is no freight traffic in the version? I drove the version but I did not meet a freight train.
There is definitely freight in the newest version, but there are certain times of day where freight is much less frequent or entirely absent
Oh so thanks for the clarification I thought I had done something wrong because no freight train was running during my recording where I played.
Just watched your video... check your layers, your freight layer may be off for some reason, or a mod incompatibility... I encountered at least 3 freight trains as ICE 115.

I find that it is a well-organized schedule. Especially that the Westbahn is being used. However, I notice that there are ICE connections in the schedule that can be driven by oneself. But if you are making another scheduled trip at the same time, these ICE trips are not visible. Example: 10:53 departure from Augsburg can be driven by oneself. I just took the RB at 10:57 to Augsburg, and I did not see this ICE coming towards me. And also in the platform overview for Augsburg or Munich, these ICE trips are missing. What could be the reason for this? Otherwise, everything is great, especially the freight traffic.

Hey, one question. Do you need to buy multiple DLC's to get the full experience or can you drive as forexample one of the RB-routes with just the Hauptstrecke Munchen-Augsburg DLC?
with just HMA, you only get to play S-bahn and ICE services, similar to the original timetable.
Do the DLC's on the list have modded destinations, so they replicate real life or will they just have vanilla?

Mir ist bisher eine Kleinigkeit aufgefallen, der RJ286 (später RJ shunt to yard, 12:37), fährt mit beiden Loks voran in den Hbf ein, bei der Fahrt in die Abstellung ist also in Fahrtrichtung keine Lok dran.
Ansonsten top, wie bisher jedes Update!
Edit: Der IC 460 nach Stuttgart Hbf (146+Dostos) entgleist leider direkt nach Start und ist unspielbar.
Das mit RJ ist so gemeint, es soll eigentlich sandwich sein, aber der voderere triebsfahrzeug ist auser betrieb und wurde mit die hintere lok weiter gezogen. Des rueckwärts fahren ist auch nicht komplett unrealistisch, das macht der alex in münchen und andere fahrzeuge bei hamburg altona
Bei den RJ2 Garnituren in München is beim rangieren zur Abstellung hin immer das Ende ohne Steuerwagen, die Lok wird dann erst umgesetzt für die Rückfahrt Richtung Innsbruck/Italien. Zumindest bis der Steuerwagen irgendwann mal zugelassen ist.

Since Ende of 2022 the line is operated by a ÖBB subsidariy with Siemens Mireo and Siemens Desiro HC.
The IC Dostos replace a Stadler Kiss formation ingame.
Hello. I love this mod! But! I can't get the Münex to move. The ZWS is on in the 101 and the control car. No other errors are displayed except for the Nbü transmission error. I've reset all errors and set the errors to inactive. The battery in the control car is also on, but there's no indication of overhead line voltage. So, the control car isn't connected to the locomotive, as it seems. I tried the repaint of Hannah on Cologne Aachen, and it works. I think it's due to the two control cars in the train set in your timetable. Can you please tell me what I can do? Thanks in advance.

Hello I still have the following to report on the RB 40 the locomotive is missing and the driving trailer is on the wagons See picture and then the wagons next to the one where the driving trailer is wrong also has no locomotive
thats due to a conflicting mod, likely BPH_BR218_LiveryPack I believe

Hier noch einmal meine Anfrage vom Juni.
Ich finde, dass es ein gut organisierter Zeitplan ist. Vor allem, dass die Westbahn genutzt wird. Allerdings merke ich, dass es im Fahrplan ICE-Verbindungen gibt, die man selbst fahren kann. Wenn Sie jedoch gleichzeitig eine andere planmäßige Fahrt unternehmen, sind diese ICE-Fahrten nicht sichtbar. Beispiel: 10:53 Abfahrt von Augsburg kann man selbst fahren. Ich bin gerade um 10:57 Uhr mit dem RB nach Augsburg gefahren und habe diesen ICE nicht auf mich zukommen sehen. Und auch in der Plattformübersicht für Augsburg oder München fehlen diese ICE-Fahrten. Woran kann das liegen? Ansonsten ist alles super, vor allem der Güterverkehr.
Nun bin ich heute von Augsburg nach München mit einem RB um 11.07 gefahren. Auf der ganzen Fahrt nicht einen einzigen ICE gesehen. Das gleiche gilt für München Hbf. Kein einziger ICE . Selber ICE fahren geht. Doch dann sind urplötzlich keine Güterzüge mehr unterwegs!

ich denke dass es bei dir Arbeitsspeicher fehlt. Bei mir fehlt kein zug wenn ich rein-spawne. Um 10.55 zeigt mein task manager 8gb RAM von tsw5.

Hello, after I installed it, there were no NJ or other OEBB train numbers in the timetable, not even the 1116 locomotive. Could you please tell me where I went wrong? I installed all the necessary mods and DLC.
The timetable might be due to my insufficient memory, but I believe this won't affect the ability to select the train in the timetable.
sorry, but I don't know why the schedule for 1116 appeared by itself. But now there's a new problem. All NJ/RJ vehicles born in Munich HBF are experiencing derailment issues. I don't know how to solve this.

Slap the reverser in, set it to forward, turn the key, release the brakes, afb on, youre set...
If the battery is off, all you have to do is... turn it on..
Battery switch to On and then start with the rest...
I'm talking about starting the train in every service regardless of depot moves or active service. Anyway this isn't about starting one loco. both front and rear should be started.
both dont have to be started theay start automatically if u start one
In response to dinkelkong101, ICE1 does require battery to be switched at both ends. Otherwise you'll be operating with one power car, and reduced traction/braking capabilities. It's very noticeable.
