The Class 66 is the ubiquitous staple workhorse of the UK freight industry scene, anywhere that has a pair of rails you're likely to see one trundling along either pulling the usual intermodals, aggregates, biomass, ballast, railtours, etc.
However it's presence in TSW is less than ideal with seemingly only the original EWS & DB Cargo red liveries being present on every single modern day UK route. This simply wasn't going to cut it anymore and therefore something had to be done. This is where the Class 66 Megapack comes in which fixes what the community has been begging to see for years now!
The ultimate aim of this pack is to include almost every single type of Class 66 variant (within what's operated in the UK) that has ever existed, as well as the absolute plethora of liveries from early privatisation to the present day.
This guideline does not strictly follow what I have planned, but more to give an idea of what I want to do moving forward.
Version 1 focuses on adding more liveries to expand on what TSW offers by default and also offers a never seen before newly modelled BMAC "bugeye" light cluster variant mostly carried by the Freightliner 66/5 & /6 subclasses as well as a fair chunk of the GBRf /7 fleet.
Version 2 will focus on the later built "low emission" examples adding even more external differences including the shorter fuel tanks, larger radiator vents, centre engine room doors and the BMAC Gen 2 headlight clusters (liveries for Version 2 TBC at a later date)
Thanks to the power of the public editor, any livery is able to be substituted onto a desired timetable service (both official and modded) and certain liveries will also spawn as AI too hopefully!
Due to the way Addon Manager works in TSW, not having all the required DLCs will cause TSW to either crash (or just not work at all). There's unfortunately no workaround for this, please bear that in mind when installing this mod.

To install, simply drag & drop the downloaded .pak files into your TSW "DLC" folder.
KNOWN ISSUES/NITPICKS
The !!SEHS-RHTT-66MegaPackGBRFPatch" .pak file included with the 66MegaPack Patches folder may cause Southeastern Highspeed to not load properly. Currently cannot find a fix for this, if you have it installed and are facing issues then please remove it from your DLC or UserContent folder.
The numbers have a habit of duplicating themselves with the GBRf 66 RHTT SEHS Patch, I do not know why this happens and have not found a fix for it yet (use that patch at your own risk!)
All 66s have their swinghead buckeyes, I have tried to remove & replace these but to no avail. If I find a workaround it will be updated.
There is some light bleed with the top high intensity LED headlight, unfortunately, this is due to the way the RVVs are set up I do not know of a way to mitigate this issue yet.
The cab window materials are slightly broken on the GBRf 66/7s, I have no clue why this happens. I will look into it at a later date.
The GSM-R currently does not work and is only static. I would like to get this functional for a future installment, it is NOT a bug.
The tail lights turn on in an AI formation. Unfortunately this is a core issue and cannot be fixed.

Liveries might not spawn in as AI properly. Unfortunately this has been one of the most annoying issues to try and find a solution for and it's very tempremental. Only potential method I can think of is restarting the service.
Emissives appear very bright on ToD3 routes. There's nothing I can do about that as this pack was designed for ToD4.
Class 385 drags do NOT work properly with my liveries currently.
The LED marker light LODs have a very short rendering distance, I have tried to adjust this but to no avail, I suspect this is a core issue
This pack is currently not compatible with RailDriver as I do not own one, nor do I know how to set it up within the Editor.

I have been made aware that it may possibly break the plugin but you will have to try yourself.
Yes it is, however Im told if the simulation mod is used on Fauxs 2024 timetable, the 66 in general, not just Sprattys, cannot find the simulation reference (the cargoline intermodal 66). Thats why it falls through the floor. Absolutely every other timetable and DLC the mod will work fine.

when spawning in the 66s these weird rain like particles show up, no way to get rid of it and it also shows up on some of the default DTG 66s outside of this pack
Most likely you will have a mod installed conflicting with this pack.
what mod would that be, i will simply just remove it for the time being
I'm going to hazard a guess and say it's one of the cabview mods.
Defo an outdated Headlight or cab view mod.
This happens when a mod is created using the RVV and DTG update the content, breaking the mod.

I'm afraid I don't, never used the Xbox version
I can answer this. It's the same as usual. File -> Xbox Games (at least for me) ->DLC (Any you own which contains said loco) -> Content -> TS2 Prototype. Use this and it should work. I use this method and everything loads for me.
with xbox you will have to restart the game every time you want to use this mod otherwise in game the 66 wont spawn
i have an issue with the headlights, the area lights up like they are working fine but the actual headlights arent lit up

It would appear that your pack isn't compatible with the Raildriver. The only thing that works is the speedometer on the unit, but none of the levers or buttons do anything. The default 66s work fine.

After your update on 27 July 2025, do you need to install the ‘66MegaPack Patches.zip’ file in addition to the ‘!!Class66MegaPack.pak’ file?
No, those are optional downloads.

When Im Trying To Spawn A Non Training Center 66, It Either Floats In The Air Or Goes Straight In The Ground And Then When I Go To Sit In The Drivers Seat, It Just Goes To The Black Hole Then A Monent Later It Derails Itself....

It sounds to me like you have a conflicting mod installed
Does this cause the flashing headlights thing on the AI formations?

This is the sort of stuff that brings the sim to life the small extra things I love the most xD.
This mod breaks Raildriver functionality for the 66. No controls can be operated by RD.
There will be a future patch that adds RD support, pretty soon hopefully

Having a couple issues with the mod. At first none of the locomotives would spawn in, and would have a blank texture in the menu. I tried installing the patch mods that go with it, but that made Southeastern High Speed disappear from my route list. I tried removing the RHTT and military patches (since I don't own any of the cargo line DLC's ATM) and kept the Manchester Airport patch (even though I don't own that DLC either) and that made everything work. However, after loading into a saved game, my locomotive disappeared, and the same thing happened with the menu. I have no idea what's causing this, but since the WCML timetable mods seem to work fine without it, I just can't play with this mod unfortunately. Which is a shame as it's a super cool mod.

This mod works fine with TSW6, there's no need for an update and nor has it got any relevance to to Addon Manager.
Hello, yes, absolutely, it's just a copy/paste of the mod's presentation description in response to tehangrybird345, because I know very well that it works under TSW6 since I already use it!!! Sorry if I misinterpreted his remark (bad translation on my part), I had no intention of denigrating what I am happy to use, in this case your mods!!!

Hi, thanks for update. I made a quick test and Southeastern Highspeed loads properly. Is it normal to have these spots on the windshield when viewed from the outside? From the inside, the windshield is clear.

[Class 66 Megapack Version 1] upgrade of SprattyHeath's Megapack project takes over from its predecessor [66 MegaPack Patches], and for now I'm running on the [South Eastern High Speed Enhancement Pack] and I haven't had any problems with any of the installed requirements.
