This is a reskin of the UP SD70ACe from Sherman Hill into heritage Virginian RR livery as carried by Norfolk Southern #1069. I've given the loco some light weathering and i've tried to replicate the livery as well as possible with the limitations of Livery Designer.

for some reason it saves as a TSW livery file and not a PAK file. help?
This is a TSW2 livery file which you install via theTSW2 Livery Manager program as per the installation instructions above.
MostTSW liveries are now done this way as it means the original livery still remains and these are additional liveries rather than the original livery being replaced using a pak file.
thank you yeah, I figured it out before I saw your comment. Now another problem I have is that I download your autorack cars pack, but they don't appear in the services, but they appear in the livery designer.
For some reason the Creators Club update broke the custom liveries on the Sherman Hill Autoracks. They now don’t appear at all and the only car that does show custom liveries on Sherman Hill currently is the grain car.
I’ve raised it as a ticket to DTG but suggest others do the same to highlight the issue.
yep, I have noticed that only the cotton belt grain cars appear in the services. hopefully DTG fixes it somehow.
