Long Island Railroad M9 reskin and number adjustment for the Long Island Railroad M7

This replaces the traditional LIRR livery with the LIRR M9 scheme and markings.
It also changes the loco to say "M9 LIRR" and "Kawasaki 2019-2XXX" on the selection screen! It also includes the proper road numbers from 9001-9092 (Which replace 7001-7092).

Installation Instructions
Installation:
To install simply drop the PAK in the DLC folder normally found at
C:\Program Files (x86)\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC
To uninstall simply delete the PAK file.
