Amtrak ACS-64 Enhancement Pack

An audio and texture enhancement for the Amtrak ACS-64 for Train Sim World.

Changelog:

Brand new external and internal horn samples.
Rebuilt bell cue with proper doppler.
Brand new traction motor blower sounds with varying shut off times.
Brand new transformer blower sounds that randomly activate when compressor shuts off.
Brand new iconic traction motor blower relays that randomize between 5 different varients.
Overall audio mixing improved.
Removed 600, 601, 627, and 662 from rail vehicle numbers.
Improved textures provided by Nexo/Lunamoon with some corrections made by myself.
50th anniversary unit also has improved texturing similar to Nexo's.

Minor note, but 601 is the one that wrecked, 600 (David L Gunn) is still operating.
