Metro North M3A reskin for the M3 EMU Add-On

This replaces the traditional LIRR livery with the Metro North M3A scheme and markings.
It also changes the loco to say "M3 MNRR" on the selection screen along with a custom locomotive selection image and the correct Metro North-Railroad operators logo!

Installation Instructions
Installation:
To install simply drop the PAK in the DLC folder normally found at
C:\Program Files (x86)\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC
To uninstall simply delete the PAK file.
