iR | DB BR 403 - Tz 304 "Railbow/München" Repaint

In anticipation of a future ICE 3 EP remake, in order to finally make this (free) repaint available again, and in order to expand our gae™ catalogue (+ to annoy the queerphobes), we've redone the Railbow ICE 3 for the current Train Sim World and to our new standards! This repaint features a rainbow stripe instead of the standard green/red, a Lufthansa cooperation decal, some (mostly) new decal textures both inside and outside, a fixed Quiet Zone decal on the 2nd class end coach, some PIS fixes (exterior screens are now orange and the interior LED screens were removed), the GSM-R cab radio from the Expert BR 101 and some new light textures courtesy of Nagiphaaa, Raphael, and Redstoneia.
